This Privacy Policy explains how Relay 1 (“Relay 1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, request a free audit, contact us, become a client, or otherwise interact with our services, including the work we do under our Relay 1 Automations and Relay 1 Marketing sub-brands. By using our sites or services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address.
- Form and message data you submit through our website forms, chat widget, email, or text, including the details of your request, your project, and anything else you choose to share.
- Phone numbers and communication preferences, including whether you have opted in to receive calls, text messages, or email from us.
- Site usage data collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general interaction data, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
- Business and service information you provide so we can do the work, such as access to your Google Business Profile, website, analytics, or marketing accounts when you engage us for those services.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through our forms, chat, or text.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our services, including building and maintaining websites, local search, and automation work.
- Respond to your inquiries, requests, and audit submissions.
- Send you SMS text messages and email related to our services, your account, your project, appointments, and support, where you have consented or where the messages relate to a transaction you started.
- Send service updates, reminders, and, with your consent, occasional marketing about our offerings. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- Maintain the security of our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and contractual obligations.
3. SMS and text messaging
When you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages. The details:
- How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us by submitting a form on our website, by opting in through our chat widget, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent during a call. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- What we send. Messages related to your inquiry, your audit, appointment scheduling and reminders, account and project updates, customer support, and, where you have agreed, occasional offers.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out and stop receiving texts from us. After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure traffic and improve our pages. These tools may set their own cookies and collect usage data subject to their own privacy policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver our services:
- Service providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf under contract, including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (our CRM, forms, chat, email, and SMS messaging platform), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (analytics, business profile, and related tools). These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Relay 1, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Again, we do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable measures.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP).

9. Children’s privacy
Our sites and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of our sites or services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
